“Everything was terrific -- the product, the price, the prompt order fulfillment -- but then the delivery driver just secretively stacked it all in the driveway... did not announce his arrival or ring the doorbell, but left my stuff for the porch pirates to steal. (Which thankfully did not happen!)”
