“I’m not happy with the condition in which I received the shoes. The packaging does not look new and gives me the impression that the shoes may have previously been purchased, returned, and then sent to me.
When purchasing a new product, I expect both the shoes and the packaging to arrive in new and proper condition. This is disappointing, especially considering the price I paid.”
