“Overall it is was very good. It felt like the organisational culture section was bolted on at the end and didnt't connect with the rest of the course which was much more focused on Talent management, succession planning and EVP. Appreciate that these activities have to occur in a culture, howwever, it just felt like it didn't entirely gel together.”
