I came into this as a VP who is very concerned about my department's succession planning and wanted an outside view of how to approach it. I got that from the program as well as some additional tools to help me better position us for future attrition. I'm an "old school learner" so I like to take notes on the course materials. I found it hard to keep them organized but that's mostly on me.

This program offered a comprehensive view of talent management and succession planning grounded in modern, evidenced based practice. The construction of the program, calibre of content and learning activities is exceptional. What makes it stand out is the blend of theory and application. It was an amazing learning experience, fun and most importantly applicable to my role. I'm using the content already.

I thoroughly enjoyed doing this qualification, the reading materials, combined with the videos, quizzes, case studies and playbooks, was very comprehensive. Overall the course was a great combination of theoritical context and practical application. One area that would benefit from improvement is generating a single eBook with the course notes. Currently one ends up with loads of M1L2 or M3L2 type handouts with no identifying titles, which doesn't make it particularly easy when revising.
