“This was a great program! It was very useful to have examples to walk through and practical training. I liked the prompt design section, as well as the exploration of the various ways AI can evaluate data. I also appreciated the case study and quiz. It highlighted best practices for HR professionals looking to make a case for AI adoption within their companies, and it helped highlight how important the development of a roadmap can be. Overall, having completed this course, I belive I have significantly improved my knowledge of AI and how to leverage it in an HR context. I appreciate all of the work the AIHR team put into it!”

“This course is well-suited for beginners. However, for experienced HR professionals—such as HR Heads and CHROs—there is a need for more practical, strategic, and advanced content that goes beyond theory to the level of real implementation. I would like a course that focuses on directly implementing AI within our organization, with complete hands-on guidance. The goal is to minimize dependency on external vendors at work. I hope such advanced, implementation-focused training will be available in the near future. Overall, the course is a great starting point. Regards, Purushottam Kumar”
