“This program has truly been a game-changer for me - whether you are just beginning to explore AI in HR or you are already working with advanced AI-driven systems. It has not only helped me improve my skills, but also provided practical insights into how AI can be applied in HR, while offering valuable guidance on ensuring compliance when implementing these tools in an organization. Looking back, I must admit, I felt a bit embarrassed at first. For instance, asking ChatGPT to do things I could’ve done myself, but would have taken much more time - like writing an Excel formula. Initially, I didn’t want to admit that it wasn’t me doing the work, but GPT. But over time, I have realized that the real issue isn’t about delegating tasks to AI - it’s about recognizing the opportunity it provides. If we have the chance to use AI to boost our productivity and free up time, why wouldn’t we take it? AI is here to make us better at what we do, helping us work more efficiently and strategically, and navigate an increasingly complex world with greater ease. (And yes, I even used ChatGPT to help with grammar checking for this text, haha.)”
