“This was an amazing course that I highly recommend for anyone in HR who can take the time to learn from the resources. There are job aids, tools, downloadable goodies, and other resources that build confidence in developing one's AI acumen. The case studies were impactful, the reflection points were timely, and the exam felt like I was taking my SHRM-CP certification all over again. If you have the time and the money to invest in this program, it is well worth it. I have come out of these self-paced 28 hours of learning (over 2 months- because of life) feeling excited to continue pursuing my use of AI. Now I have the tools and skills to be mindful in my use, and, most importantly, I feel like I can be part of the conversation within my organization when it comes to championing ethical use, governance, and identifying use cases. Thanks to the folks at Academy to Innovate HR. I have already bookmarked other courses to take, and I look forward to continuing to grow professionally through the other learning you offer!
