“This was a wonderful training program. The videos and all the course content were highly useful, engaging, and professionally delivered. The final part of the course was somewhat more advanced than I initially expected; however, the entire People Analytics course exceeded my expectations. I found it to be a valuable learning experience that provided practical insights and a strong foundation in people analytics.”

“This program genuinely surprised me with how hands on it was. Rather than just covering theory, I found myself actually building a full analytics project from start to finish, working through ETL in Power BI, building relationships between datasets, creating DAX measures, and putting together an interactive report with slicers and parameters. By the end, I wasn't just familiar with the concepts, I had actually done the work. The capstone project stood out the most. I worked through a realistic case, investigating employee attrition at a fictional company, forming hypotheses, checking statistical assumptions, choosing the right tests, and interpreting the results in a way I could actually explain to leadership. It forced me to connect the statistics back to a real business question the whole way through, rather than treating the numbers as an isolated exercise. I also really valued the roleplay exercises. Practicing a live, pressure filled conversation with a stakeholder pushing for a simple yes or no answer, when the honest answer was more nuanced, was one of the most useful parts of the whole program. It's one thing to know your statistics are sound, it's another to communicate them clearly and confidently under pressure, and this program made space to practice exactly that. Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to move beyond just knowing HR metrics and actually build the skills to analyze, question, and communicate people data with confidence.”
