“I recently completed the People Analytics course with AIHR Academy and found it to be a valuable learning experience overall. The course provided clear instructions, excellent resources, and engaging activities that enhanced my understanding of the subject matter. I particularly appreciated the structured approach and the quality of materials provided, which made the learning process smooth and enjoyable. However, I believe there are areas for improvement. Firstly, providing candidates with access to necessary tools and programs during the course would greatly enhance the practical learning experience. Additionally, while the course covered statistical topics comprehensively, some sections proved to be overly complex, making them challenging to grasp without more accessible explanations and additional examples. Despite these areas for improvement, I would still highly recommend the People Analytics course from AIHR Academy to anyone interested in advancing their knowledge in this field. With a few adjustments, it has the potential to become even more impactful.”
