“The People Analytics Certificate Program was sufficiently challenging. The instructors and modules were much more accessible to me as a learner than other tools (popular books like Storytelling with Data and People Analytics for Dummies often require a basic level of programming knowledge to be able to practice activities, or Youtube videos by other HR Analysts were too complicated or fast to follow along). I liked the focus on Excel as that is what my organization would have me use the most. The exercises in PowerBI were also insightful.”
