“This was a great program even for those with some People Analytics experience. I found especially enjoyable the R training and the HR Leadership sections.”

“It is worthy and it is a rich resource for how you do things. The value is high, however, some slides differ from what instructors say and you have to check if comments are added. Another difficulty is if you do not have any previous background you will hardly digest some examples. When explaining the categories of data they should provide a screenshot of how it looks in SPSS (for i.e.). So there are some cons and difficulties, but I still really really recommend this program. It challenges you, however, overcoming these challenges makes you better during your People Analytics as overall, it is about seeing the opportunities in the clouds, so it is debatable. :D Be patient and you will gain knowledge, that you never thought you will.”

“It is a very in-depth Certificate Program with plenty of topics to get you started with how to analyze HR data with a statistician's eye. Practical exel dashboarding sessions give great support in so-needed data presentation skills.”
