“The People Analytics Certificate program provides a good basic overview of the building blocks of this vast subject. It also has significant content on actually doing some analytics. I particularly enjoyed the sessions on Tableau and Power BI. Some more use cases of analytics beyond attrition measurement would be of help - so you call can consider adding that in the content or as additional reading. Overall a good insight into this emerging but fuzzy hot field.”
