“Overall, I enjoyed the People Analytics certificate program. While it did take me a lot longer to complete than originally intended, I found it to be beneficial to my professional growth. Most of the Excel items were beginner-level and didn't add a lot of value, however it helped me, as a leader, think through how to train my direct reports. The statistic section was brutal for me, but happy to have had the training to better communicate with data science-focused contributors.”

“I think this course is a great way to learn more about statistics, HR, data, and tying all back to business. This has been an area of interest for me for a long time, and I learned a lot about different topics I wasn't aware of before the course, and I also learned more about myself in terms of what I want to pursue further and what I may not be so interested in. This is all good information to have and I am glad that I spent the time I did completing the course.”
