“I really enjoyed this course—it helped me get a solid understanding of the basics of people analytics and the tools used. We all know Excel, but learning Power BI and working through case studies while being walked through the steps was an amazing experience and a great foundation. Math and statistics aren’t my strong points, but AIHR made everything easy to follow. It’s also really helpful to know there are tools out there to handle formulas and calculations. Overall, this course gave me practical skills and confidence to start applying people analytics in real situations. This is a great stepping stone to get into the field of People Analtics and I will continue my learning journey, practise what i have learnt in this course.”

“I feel that that the course in its entirety taught very good hands-on skills within the Excel and Power Bi platforms. The types of metrics and statistics it teaches though, is very textbook-based. However, as an employee, I've learned that there are different ways to view data and develop metrics which are significant for our employers' strategic growth and development.”

“Very difficult and strong paced if you have no analytical background. It will require a lot of extra individual effort to fully understand and grasp the concept of peoply analytics (not mere dashboarding, but also including statistical testing, etc.). However, the concepts are well described, it provides a good percetion of what people analytics actually entails, and the tools provided to apply them to everyday work in the office are very good and usefull. :)”
