“I have to say - this has been a challenging and fruitful journey! While there are certain parts of this course that I knew, it was great to see the concepts put to practice in real life scenarios! That is what makes this course so great. We learn these concepts throughout our time obtaining certifications such as SPHR and SHRM-CP, but to actually have data to use and be walked through step by step is invaluable. I will definitely look back at all of the materials provided in this course so that I can practice it in my next HR role. This course is definitely worth the time.”
