“I would recommend this to any HR professional wanting to add value to the organisation. HR Business Partners need to add this layer of competency to their portfolio and therefore can go beyond just being transactional to being more strategic. Correlation and Regression analysis was an interesting topic. The course is well paced and gives you more than enough links, literature, reading material etc.. Overall a well organised and formulated course.”

“This course is quite unique as it combines the statistical handling of data (without going into depth) with HR material (like surveys, engagement prediction, …) I really enjoyed this course: it was a good refresher for me on statistics, and hands on usage because of all the HR data examples!”
