The content knowledge paired with real-world examples made this course digestible and relevant. It sparked reflection of the various companies I work with and lead to a baseline evlaution of one of those companies. The modules were bite-sized and having 12 months allowed me to really dig in and assimilate the knowledge.

This is a great program - very comprehensive, full of information, practical knowledge, real-life examples and case studies, but also moments of reflection. I loved how it was structured, the mentors and the way the material was explained. Absolutely recommend to anyone who is interested in the topic of DEIB.

I have a diagnosis of ASD, which propelled me to become a leader of a Disability Inclusion chapter of the organization I work for. This have given me the opportunity to be close contact with other people that have a disability and the generalized misconceptions, stereotypes, and challenges; many of them artificial. This course has allowed me to better understand the reasons of exclusion, the way to persuade people to change their mindsets, articulate a sound business case and highlight the many benefits that inclusion can bring to any organization and to society. I am now in a quest to foster pervasive and long-standing cultural changes that allow any person to reach its full potential by removing those artificial barriers.
