“This was an extesive experience to review and become more scientifically knowlegable, exprimenting, becoming more effective and efficient for most of the things I have been doing with traditional way or the way i have learned from my supriors without questioning much about the efficiency or trying to test, implement diffrent approach. “this program has a high level of science based and experience based content - i find it very relevant for newly appointed HR managers of people who want to progress in this direction. There is a total lack of pacing - so, if you get submerged by your daily stuff or simply lack the discipline, you may stay on it forever. some of the content is presented to a too large extent and some of the tutors lack a necessary charisma for an online exclusive program”
