“The Lean processes section of the program was outstanding. The direct Human Resource portions such as strategy, championing culture, navigating Paradox, power dynamics, HR organization strucure, etc. were fantastic and informative. I was mildly dissapointed in a very important section, the mini-MBA portion. The facilitator used 10 words where 3 clear words would have worked. He's describing real, modern strategy practices but framing them like a theorist who's never had to pitch a project, lead a team, or adapt a plan mid-quarter. Instead of saying "lean" he wraps it in phrasing like "behavioral elements of implentation" and "idiosyncratic human inputs." He speaks "professor" language and I speak "business." If you are good with "Professor" speak, you will love the section. I'm a direct compunicator and realize I can be impatient with having to interrpet someone's core message. The overall class was outstanding! I learned a lot, was challenged to look at things differently and to apply what I learned.”
