This machine is AMAZING! I have made buttons for dance events, relatives and friends. The most fun is creating magnet buttons for folks with photos of special occasions like weddings or birthdays. I highly recommend any and all ABM products. To say they are well made is an understatement. I have both the 1" and the 2.25" machines and cutters. They have been dropped (by accident, of course) and withstood poundings from young assistants and have stayed strong. Also, I just used the 2.25" cutter to make Christmas ornaments this year (14 circles, fold in half, glue them together to create a circle, take a folded ribbon, thread it though buttons on top and bottom to keep the ribbon from sliding through and voila decorative Christmas ornament).

This is probably best best 2.25" available. The package deals here are second-to-none and the machine lasts forever. It may gain mylar bubbling issues with are, but keep it siliconed up and put a white ring on your edges and that won't be a problem. Takes much less effort per button than a BAM and rarely fails. Comes with holes on two opposing corners so you can bolt it to a table if you want.

I bought the 2 1/4 inch button maker and punch last year to use in after school program with kids in K through eighth grade. The kids make magnets with their picture and magnets and pins with their school logo. I did a visual arts program yesterday at a middle school. I had worked with some of these kids in past years at their elementary school, but none of them had made maintenance or pins in the past. The kids made four handmade cards and a magnet with the school logo. With assistance, they used my die cutting machine to make their cards and the button maker to make their magnets. The site coordinator is new this year and was very pleased with the program. She liked that the kids made great projects and that they had hands on experience with the machines. One of the boys and his mom helped make extra magnets. She remembered me from the elementary school and commented that I always had interesting projects and the neatest tools. Thanks ABM for great products.

I bought the 3.5" Fabric Button Machine about a month ago. I love it! It is so simple to use, whether I'm making pin back buttons or mirror buttons! I also purchased the Die cutting press. It cuts the fabric perfect! Nice clean edges. I would highly recommend both of these machines.

I had our office order this and did it ever live up to its promise. Once the minimal learning curve passed, I was able to create custom button designs in Adobe InDesign and punch them out seconds after printing. The machine and button components work together to create a professional looking and durable product. I highly recommend purchasing a circle cutter or punch along with your machine- it will make life easier : )

We are using this for a robotics team. It is a great machine and even with the students running it, we have turned out great long-lasting buttons!
