“I can’t speak too highly of aquaneo I have bought two chlorinator cells at separate times and they were delivered to Thailand with minimal delay during the COVID-19 pandemic Both times the tracking system showed they had been despatched on the same day as the order was made and the second delivery took only eight days to be delivered in rural Thailand! Outstanding service can’t recommend them enough”

“Great service -ordered for delivery overseas on a Friday afternoon they amazed me by packing it up and getting it picked up that afternoon by Aust post who in turn delivered it to Brisbane airport that night. With the COVID flying restrictions the parcel sat at Brisbane airport for nearly 2 weeks before it was shipped overseas and then delivered to the destination within a couple of days So it was still delivered within the quoted 11 to 14 working days despite the virus - installed the same day swimming the next Would not hesitate to use them again - great service!”
