“Hello I had Jamie call out and change a cell in the chlorinator back and November / December 2021 I requested a monthly visit to service the pool on or around the 15th. I did not follow this up and have continued doing it myself. I received an invoice for works carried out on the 21 July for pool service this is 7/8 months after the original request, with no phone call asking if the service was still required there was no card saying that a visit had been made to my property to carry out the service of the pool.
