Twice now the parcel has gone to the newsagent in the next suburb wasting 45min of my time to get it.
no call, no card just sms saying it is there.
My building has a 24hr office and a parcel cupboard.
I have no problem with any of the other parcel deliveries
I will have to reconsider who I order my next filters from, sorry.”
