“The Billi had been working just fine, no trouble at all, as per normal the 12 months came around and time to replace it. Ordered the replacement, and now the Billi is not working! waited a couple of days and tried again, but is still not working. Could the replacement be faulty? and how can we tell this is the case. We have been in our home 4 years next month, so we have replaced the filter before without a hicup.
