“Delivery was delayed as Aquastream wanted me to confirm the address entered was correct before despatching the goods. The email was not received which led to 3 days delay before they tried phoning me. This is the first time I have come across this strange system from any online shop and confirmation should be at time of order. Items were removed from boxes, loosely packed in jiffy bag with no instruction sheets provided. Remainder of service was good so only 3stars.”

Currently, this is in place to protect ourselves and our customers, as even on a platform such as PayPal that is supposedly safe, things can happen! As for the packaging of your items, Billi has just made changes to how they package their items and the filters are now not placed in a box. We are always looking for a way to make our packaging more safe and really appreciate your feedback!
