“These are excessively priced and not at all environmentally freindly. Why does Billi not have refill option available? Will not buy Billi tap again given the cost of refill cylinders”
Hey there Gary!
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the cost and environmental impact of Billi refill cylinders.
We understand how important sustainability and affordability are to our customers. That’s why we recommend the Aquastream RECHARGE program — a more eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative. It allows you to return your used CO₂ cylinders to be professionally cleaned, refilled, and reused, significantly reducing both waste and cost.
We hope this option provides a better experience for you moving forward. If you’d like more information about the RECHARGE program, take a look at the following product via this link: https://www.aquastream.com.au/aquastream-sparkling-recharge-co2-2.6kg-starter-pa
Your refills after purchasing the starter pack can be found here: https://www.aquastream.com.au/aquastream-sparkling-recharge-co2-2.6kg-refill
These bottles hold more than 2 x the capacity of the single use cylinders!
Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve and better serve our customers.
Kind Regards,
The Aquastream Team💦
