“How can I rate a filter, I do not know anything about filters and I presume most people wouldn't know. It may be a good idea when people buy from your business you enquire as to what state they live (I did speak with one of your salespeople before ordering on line). Firstly my order did not arrive and after a phone call from me I received a filter the next day. I did try to track the original one but was unable to do that apparently a fault at your end. Secondly I was speaking to Zip today and have been advised that I have ordered the wrong one for living in Victoria (should of had 93703) they told me this filter (93701) will only last down here about 6 months. I ordered through you as I thought I was getting a good price but this will not be the case if I have to buy another in 6 months.”
