Cheesed off the padded heated gilet was not supplied with a power bank, nor was there any guidance about buying a compatible one. Had to research online: there are a great many. In the end, opted for Juice 3. Had to faff about with the On switch on the gilet as no instructions. It has to be depressed for several seconds. To toggle between the heating levels depress the upper edge of the On button. The gilet itself is fine: light and supple, and yes, becomes warm once you've sussed out the set-up.

Hi Many thanks for taking the time to send us some feedback on your recent order with ArdMoor. The Deerhunter Lady Heat Padded Waistcoat is an excellent choice for keeping warm this winter. As described in the product information, the heat products are not supplied with a powerbank but we do have a description of what is compatiable and these are very easy to source. We also provide a detailed description of how to use the heated products in the product description which I have linked here incase you missed it. https://www.ardmoor.co.uk/blogs/news/how-to-use-your-deerhunter-heat-jacket-gilet-trousers If you would like further description on how to use the waistcoat, please contact our customer service department who are more than happy to chat this through with you. Love, love, love. I have been thinking about a heated gilet for a while but wanted to go with a brand I trust. Fab fit and well made. Think I am actually looking forward to the weather getting colder this winter.
