“Clearly very well made and very sturdy - I love the chunky sole. Unfortunately they were a very strange fit. I’m normally a 5 but these were too tight round my big toe (even with thin socks) and too loose round the ankle and top of my foot. Even with extra insoles, they still didn’t feel snug around my ankle so there was no point trying the size up. I was also a bit disappointed that there was a small defect (a bump in the leather) around the toecap.”
