“The jacket looked the part and was well cut. I assumed that "work wear" would be tough and durable, not just something to print on the sleeve. Unfortunately the latter was the case, and one of the poppers pulled through the storm flap on the fourth outing. Returned for a full refund (thanks ArdMoor).”

We are able to raise warranty claims for any item that has an issue and in this instance a failed popper.
