Dear Lyn, Many thanks for taking the time to write us a review. I replied to your email this morning regarding your missing order. Sorry to see you haven’t received your order. We shipped your order on 13th January with the Royal Mail tracking reference provided via email. It is showing as delivered on 14th January at 15:54 and signed for by Braci. Can I ask you to pop onto the tracking link I emailed across and let me know if you recognise the proof of delivery photo or the name who signed for it?
