“This jacket (size L - UK 12) was actually exchanged for a Size M - UK10. When the jacket arrived it actually said on it that it was a Size L - UK 14 and was too big so exchanged for a Size M, which actually says on it that it is a UK12 - fits perfectly and the team at ArdMoor were brilliant and kept the Size M aside until they received the returned Size L. Very speedy service too!! Wore the jacket for the first time yesterday in heavy rain and it kept me dry so I am pleased with my purchase.”
