“I am disappointed with the boots as they are uncomfortable and chaffing my left ankle which is very sore and will need to recover before I try wearing them again with plenty of plasters. For many years I've used mail order for new boots and always wear indoors several times before venturing out after which return is not feasible. Unfortunately the trial wearing was OK but from the 3 times I've worn them on a mile plus walks it would seem there is a lack of protective padding or a seam is irritating my ankle bone.”
