“Wearing a Hoggs jacket in springtime with the temp 8C and a gentle NW is rarely conducive to making a proper judgement of what is in effect a winter coat. Yes coat, for its collar to hem length of 33 inches takes it way beyond the reaches of a mere jacket. As I have thin wrists I was concerned about the lack of cuff adjustment but I need not have worried for the inner cuff is set well back and with some grip kept out the draughts, such as they were. In winter with an interim layer for there is much capacity in the sleeves both girth and length to ably accommodate a long sleeved number all will be well. Not only warmth-wise but also the ability to move or to raise my arms. Suffice to say at such mild April temperatures after a brisk 1.5 mile walk I was TOAST. Great buy, great service from ArdMoor. Recommended.”
