“Why didn't anyone tell me the glue comes in a compression tube? Had to then buy an applicator. A little more info would have helped.”

“The purchase, the delivery and advice via live chat were excellent. This comment does not apply to the goods purchased. I was dismayed that having received 5 samples of artificial grass, the one that was required by my customer wasn’t in stock and not going to be replaced. Despite an alternative sample being suggested by your sales team it is 10mm shorter and not suitable. It was somewhat counterintuitive sending the sample in the first place. As a result my customer is having to source a similar product elsewhere.”
