Despite their name, I was disappointed to discover that Aussianas are not made in Australia. That's a real pity and is almost enough to put me off buying them in future. Any chance you can make them in Australia?”
Hi Jane, we are designed and owned in Australia and support millions of people over 16 years with great orthotic thongs at a reasonable price. We wish we could manufacture here but it’s simply out of our reach. My plan is to open a small factory when we are able to afford it. Starting cost is upward of $2M before making one pair of thongs. But we do have a dream to achieve it one day. Thank you.
