Starfish Slides have changed from the comfy originals that I have. My size that I ordered were too tight and not comfy and the Company charged me their postage cost of $9.99 to send them to me. I’m very disappointed and will not be using this Company again.

I have bought these slides before and the 38 was a perfect fit, both lengthwise and across the instep. I recently bought two more pairs and the size is quite different - more like a 36/37/tight across the T bar. These slides have been so comfortable, so it was a great disappointment that these latest purchases are just too small compared to the 38 I bought previously.

I purchased the size according to the guide on the website, but when the slides arrived, they were too narrow and tight across the foot so did not fit. Beware! The exchange process is awful. I had to return the goods at my cost and am yet to receive any response from the customer service department about the replacements. No reply paid address and the communication from Aussie Soles is terrible. Not the service I'd expect from an online retailer, I won't purchase from here again. I wish I'd checked reviews before buying, others have reported similar issues.

This is the second pair. They are so comfortable and supportive. Also a shout out to a super fast delivery to my sister's place in Sunshine Coast before I left for Melbourne. Ordered 3 pairs and one pair for my sister who loves them. Thank you again.
