“I ordered four pair of sandals on July 14th. I was billed the next day .When I place the order one pair was on sale for $29.95 with a 25% discount on total purchase. However I was billed without the discounts or sale approximately $50 over the advertisement.I have made several attempts to have this resolved and it's not been taken care of. I am very disappointed in the false advertising and lack of customer service to resolve this matter.
Shipment was slow in coming. They sandals are good quality as I expected. I had previously purchased a few pair from a retail store. I really like them because they're durable.
Please refund me the amount I was overcharged.”
