I truly cannot thank Jilly and her team at Baby Sleep Made Simple enough. My baby is 13 months old and has been in a sleep regression since 4 months old. We even started cosleeping (more like co-tossing-and-turning) around 8 months to attempt to get some sleep. After just a few weeks of small tweaks from BSMS that our baby took extremely well to and virtually 0 years, my girl now sleeps through the night. In her own crib. Its a whole new world out here guys!!! Come join us!!

From day one, we were never able to put our baby in her bassinet. She would immediately cry and kick and worm her away to the edge and just scream bloody murder. Even to this day (1 year later) she has never slept in her stroller or car seat. Sleep has ALWAYS been a struggle. She just outright refused it. So we coslept for months and it was beautiful. I would nurse her back to sleep and we would stay in bed for 12 hour stretches without barely waking. I thought we had found our solution. But after a while, she would stop falling back asleep, pop off the boob, and start screaming until I picked her up and started moving. We were struggling with 7, 8, 9++ wake ups a night as our baby could NOT transition sleep cycles. And every time she would wake up, I would have to pace and vigorously bounce her back to sleep. I couldn’t sit, or rock or pat her. It HAD to be constant walking and bouncing until she was dead asleep before I tried to bring her back to bed with me. This would often take 30-45mins, only to get a 20-30min stretch of sleep. I honestly felt like I was dying. We started BSMS around 6 months using the PUPD method and guys, it is not for the faint of heart. Yes it’s not totally cry it out, but there is still tears, and screams and protests and it’s beyond difficult. However, BY NIGHT 3, SHE HAD SLEPT THROUGH THE ENTIRE NIGHT. Didn’t even wake for a feed!!!! The following nights and weeks we had some wake ups here and there or she would take a long time to fall asleep, however, we came so far, so quickly. Fast forward to now, she just turned 1 and we have been sleeping through the night for months. We went through the normal sleep regressions here and there and short struggles when transitioning to less naps. But overall, I don’t know what our lives would’ve looked like if we had continued on that same path of being her crutch to transition between every sleep cycle. It wasn’t healthy for her little developing brain, or ours. Jilly and Alyssa were super supportive and the program was one of the most affordable and “real feeling” ones. Our babies are humans. Not robots. We can only expect so much from them, but teaching them to be independent for sleep is amazing. And I promise you, my baby doesn’t love me any less or seem “emotionally detached” in any way since sleep training. She is happy and thriving because she is sleeping well! THANK YOU!!! Forever grateful.

I am over the moon that my twins are finally sleeping all night. It's lovely to enjoy the day with them and not feel drained. The lessons have helped immensely to get my little ones to go to sleep and stay asleep. Thank you for helping me and my family. It's a very easy program to follow and gives you reaaaurance that you are doing the right thing. I personally found being reminded to be consistent was the key.

When you don’t want to do the “cry-out” method but you’re sitting awake at 1a with a not sleeping little one, question how can there be another method besides letting your baby cry? Then you find this!! What a life changing experience. My daughter slept through the night on night 2!! Now I can actually take a long shower and not wake up all throughout the night checking the camera anticipating my little ones going to wake. I’m not pacing the house trying to get her sleep in her crib when inevitably I know I’ll be sleeping in the recliner with her. Nope! She’s sleeping alone, in her crib, and falling asleep within 10 mins. Thank you!! And there’s not just one method fits all. This program works with what’s best for YOU! This is something I will share with ALL my mama friends! Don’t overthink it, just DO the steps that she has laid out! Simple!

This program is seriously life changing! Jilly walks you through all the steps to be successful! Everything is very easy to follow! My son took to this program very quickly! We did have a few rough nights but were back on track a night later! My only regret is not starting it sooner because of our own life obstacles. But I will tell you it is definitely easy enough to do in a wheel chair! I had a horse accident & my right leg was immobilized & I was bound to a wheel chair. So I waited until I was semi up & going before starting but definitely wish I started sooner! This changed naps & night time! My son started sleeping through the night & settling himself overnight on night 2-3. I’ve told anyone & everyone about this program! Totally worth it! At first I was nervous about it! But definitely made a huge difference! My son was a cat napper during the day but all changed once we started this! Successful day naps & sleeping through the night! Also, love you can choose the method that works best for you & your baby! Very very pleased & grateful that Jilly has shared this program!

We are so impressed by the layout of Jillys programme, it doesn't rush into huge changes, you can take it at your own pace & follow your own child's cues. For us, with the changes we made during the initial steps, by the time we had reached lesson 7, our little one was already settling into a full night's sleep & doing it without our help. It's a fantastic & reasonably priced programme, i would highly recommend it.

Life changing! I loved how there is a personality test & different types of methods for sleep training. My LO adapted so well to the nap & nighttime sleep training! I’m a better mother because of Jilly’s program. There is helpful tips such as traveling with baby, teething etc, & FAQ’s that are also extremely helpful.

We decided to sleeptrain our little daughter at 7-months old. She was co-sleeping and the most frustrating was to get her to sleep for the night. Inused to feed her, rock her and then feed again. Alltogether about 2 hours every night. And when she finally fell asleep she was already up after 30-40 minutes. So I had to go to her and feed her to sleep again. During the nights she fed on demand. It could be 4-10 times. At one point I did’nt count anymore. So we found this webpage and chose the program 21 days to peace and quiet. I was sceptical at first since after correcting the daytime and implementing PNR nothing changed. Finally when we reached lesson seven, we chose PickUp/PutDown method and decided to night wean to one feeding. On night one she resisted about an hour before falling asleep in her own crib. Slept an hour and resisted only 10 min and fell back to sleep. Then she woke up after 2 hours and resisted 50 min, but I didnt give up and she fell asleep to wake up at 2.30, then feeding and she slept til 6.00, feeding and she slept to 7.30. A hole night in her own crib. The second night she resisted only 30 minutes at bedtime, slept the first strech 1 h and didnt need any picking up at all. She settled once I touched her. Slept till 1.30, then feeding. Next waking was at 3.30 and then was a bit difficult to het her back to sleep, but again I didnt give up and she slept till 6.00, I fed her and she woke up at 7.00. The third night was the best. She fell asleep within 10 minutes, slept 1.5 hours, needed only a quick patting and slept till 2.30, I fed her and she woke up at 5.30, needed a little patting, woke up again at 6.30, I fed her and she finally woke up from nightsleep at 7.30. From there the nights got only better. But then little Luuna fell ill and the 8-month sleep regression hit hard. 6 nights of nighttime wakings and a lot crying. So we upgraded the program to get some individual support. At the moment Luuna has really well for two nights again. Overall I really recommend the program. I didnt have to stop breastfeeding and for over a month now my evenings are free and I know my daughter is safely in her own crib. Thank You :)
