“I got this for Christmas, so had ample time to test it out during holiday festivities. Almost all the readings seemed low. If the point is to know how drunk you are to prevent driving when you've had too many, I'm afraid that, by inaccurately calculating, it will actually make people feel confident that they are able to drive when in reality they shouldn't. Also, when doing multiple tests within a short time-frame the results are drastically different. This makes me question its accuracy when multiple people use it in succession. As a novelty it's great, just worry about those that rely on it for safety.”
“I bought this for each of my (young) adult children for Christmas. It's been a big hit! They have had some fun with it but more importantly it has helped them drink more responsibly as they test themselves and their friends before leaving a gathering where alcohol was served. Now their friends want one. I'm going to buy one for myself, too. I didn't think I needed it but why guess when you can know for sure. Great product. Everyone should have one.”
“Only wish it didnt take so long to refresh (if you try to use it within 25 min after your initial use, the reading isnt accurate), but it works like a charm otherwise !”
“Seems like this product is a little hit or miss regarding accuracy. I will say it is accurate in the sense that when I havent been drinking, I blow 0.00, but when I have been drinking and do two tests 5 minutes apart the results are drastically different. Not sure if this is because it is one of the cheaper models, but wish I would have bought a more expensive one.”
