What's funny is it's become a bit of a "party game" - I pull it out and everyone wants to check theirs just to see where they're at- has turned out to be a great way to increase awareness and responsibility! I know there are nay sayers who point out they're not 100% accurate, well okay maybe but mine has been very consistent with how I feel/how much I've consumed and keeps me from making risky choices.
