“My device did not work upon delivery. I am returning it. Customer service was great and I was told you need to buy the more expensive ones for accuracy. Very disappointed.”
“Item was terribly defective. Gave a 0.01, 0.07 and a 0.20 all within two minutes. Terrible company with terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend buying any products from this company unless you want to lose your money. They won’t answer emails or calls and it has been MONTHS. Thanks a lot, BACtrack. You’ve been terrible”
“My new Keychain BACtrack was a discounted replacement for my perhaps 3 year old one. The new one arrived in non-working order, so I was emailed a return label, and I sent my defective device back to BACtrack. My return was finally acknowledged after I inquired about it. Then I waited to hear the status of my return, which I asked about, and a support person emailed to say my old device had been determined to be unserviceable, and that I had been given a discount code for a new replacement. This I knew, because I had taken advantage of the offer and received a defective unit, so I told the agent my story and was finally given the status of my return. I am still waiting for the Keychain BACtrack device I ordered some time ago. It seems replacing a defective unit is a very inefficient process, and the company also seems generally disorganized from my perspective.”
