“Bought 2nd S90 recieved 5/17/20 and sent 1st S90 back for calibration and received it back 6/6/20. the 1st on just calibrated show 0.01 lower than 2nd S90. This is a huge issue and will be contacting company first thing Monday 6/7/20. Unacceptable.”
“I have bought other units and never had the issues I have had with this one. I began experiencing trouble immediately. I contacted support and explained the issues. Sent the unit back and was told nothing was wrong with it. Although it would provide positive results on people whi didn't drink. I have an element pro and it is about 3 years old
And have never had an issue with it. My plans was to send the element back in for recalibration after receiving the new unit. Unfortunately the nee unit has never worked correctly. I complained multiple times and each time was told once again how to use the unit Even though i have had breathalyzers for approximately four years and this unit was the inly u it the has ever given me trouble
I asked for a new unit and I would have gladly tooken a element pro as a replacement For the New unit.”
“This is my second BACtrack. My first one got stolen out of my truck. I immediately bought another one. This is a must have product! We use it all of the time to make sure we are being responsible. I have never had any issues with not working properly. The first one we had was over 4 years old and always worked as it should.”
