“I sent in my BACtrack Vio to be re-calibrated because it was starting to give weird readings. I received the package back in less than a week, and to my surprise the package contained a brand new unit. The packing list noted that the sent in unit could not be immediately repaired and a new unit was substituted. Needless to say, I am very impressed with BACtrack and may purchase other units.”
