“I bought a calibration run on my BACtrack Element. I had no reason to believe it was giving inaccurate readings, but it was two years old and had nearly 500 tests on it.
The price was $20 (plus shipping to, shipping back was covered). But between when I signed up and when I sent it in, the price increased to $25. That was high enough I might have considered a replacement (with one that had Bluetooth capability) rather than the calibration.
But they were faster than they promised, and very courteous. I like these people.
