“Sent my bac s80 in for calibration and it disappeared between arriving at BAC by uspd and now. Unable to find. Support person step forwarded today and is sending me a new device. Had submitted an earlier review outlining my problems through last night. Hopefully everything is fine now.

As I promised yesterday, I checked in our Calibration Facilities and was still unable to locate any package from you. Nevertheless, we do want to make this right for you (especially since you'll have a hard time getting reimbursement from USPS for the lost shipment).

“I bought my BacTrak s-80 after receiving a dui (and interlock.) I feel this device is necessary for anyone that drinks more than a beer or two (and even then,) to have on hand. Most have no idea when they reach a .08 (lower in some states.) You can save lives, money for a lawyer, fines, and the horror of jail time. You can also do so for your friends and loved ones. “Last year I had my BAC recalibrated for twenty ($20) and had it back in six days. Now I'm paying more and it is taking longer. Or you can pay more for the same service at a higher price. Not real happy with the big price increase.”
“My first unit worked fine but when I needed it to be recalibrated BacTrack was unable to do it so with a generous discount I had to buy a new unit. The old only lasted 3 years. I would expect a unit used only for personal use would last longer.”
