“I sent my BACtrack in for calibration about two weeks ago. Today I received a package, and upon opening it, found a new unit and a note explaining that they were unable to calibrate my old unit, so they were sending me a replacement--original retail box with new batteries, mouthpieces, lanyard and carrying case all included.
That's a level of customer service and commitment that's rare and much appreciated.

“This is a great product that utilizes web based applications that can integrate well with other features on your tablet or smart phone, but its reliance on a 3rd party device for readings affects its utility & effectiveness if being used often in a night. For example it takes longer to go through the process for a reading than a stand alone product that simply resets itself after every use since it has to reboot the app as well. This product is slightly more tedious to use than the stand alone police grade units. If it was able to work as a stand alone product & be used in conjunction with an app. It would be a much better product.”
“I learned from BACtrack newsletter that the fuelcell might dry out, if not used at least once a month. Hadn't used my S80 Pro in over a 1/2 year so sent in for calib'n.
BACtrack was unable to calib and replaced the unit with a brand new S80. The turn-around was only a few days. Great service!
Lesson learned....use your breathalyzer at least once a month.”
