“It took me a long time to finally part with the Bactrack mobile so that it could be calibrated. I was concerned about accuracy, but I also always liked having it available. Fortunately, service was extremely fast after the item arrived. Too my surprise, a new unit was sent since the old unit could not be properly calibrated. Again, no communication as to why, but I was impressed.

“I sent my S80 in for recalibration and the readings seemed a little off when I got it back. I sent an email and got a quick response. I was treated with swiftness and much consideration. An associate from BACtrack even called me to make sure that I was being taken care of.
I got the problem fixed with my S80 and everything is in prefect working order. I had an overall excellent experience.”
