It took me a long time to finally part with the Bactrack mobile so that it could be calibrated. I was concerned about accuracy, but I also always liked having it available. Fortunately, service was extremely fast after the item arrived. Too my surprise, a new unit was sent since the old unit could not be properly calibrated. You won't find many companies out there who care this much about their customers. Spread the word.

I sent my unit in with a business envelope. No one could figure out what to do. Where to send it. After two weeks of no communication, I called. Yea, they had it, but were confused on where to send it. Why didn't you call me ? Very nice response, but lacked the initiative to complete the transaction on their own. Then my surprise. I received a brand new unit in place of the old one. Probably because the old one wasn't worth the effort. Again, no communication as to why, but I was impressed. Any time a company puts the customers value first, is a winner to me. Product and service - Excellent. Communication - go figure.

I sent my unit for calibration and as they could not calibrate it perfectly, they sent a brand new one!

I sent my BACtrack S80 Pro in for calibration and it was returned super fast. Great company and great product.

great service and straight forward shipping instructions , too bad the postal service wasn't as fast as the calibration . Now i have the Element in one car and the S78 in my truck . Nice to know who's driving .

I sent my S80 in for recalibration and the readings seemed a little off when I got it back. I sent an email and got a quick response. I was treated with swiftness and much consideration. An associate from BACtrack even called me to make sure that I was being taken care of. I got the problem fixed with my S80 and everything is in prefect working order. I had an overall excellent experience.

I sent my breathalyzers for re-calibration. Now they work without multiple errors. The frustration of testing has been greatly decreased.
