“I recently sent in our BACtrack breathalyzer for recalibration and the process was very simple and quick. I'd say we had the device back to us within a week. I had emailed customer service with a few times and they were friendly and fast to respond. Great product & all around company!”
“In 2012 I received a S80 Breathalyzer as a gift, from the beginning it didn't seem to work right but I told myself that it was brand new it has to be working correctly, until just recently it stopped giving me a reading, I would blow into it and 0.00 would come up. So I sent it in to be calibrated, BACtrack told me that there was something wrong with the device and that it could not be calibrated and since it has been over a year it wasn't covered under warranty and that they would give me a $40 discount code for a new Breathalyzer so I bought a new S80 and now my new S80 about a month old is not working correctly, I found out that BACtrack doesn't even check the new breathalyzer before they send them out now they want a receipt and oder confirmation in oder to verify my purchase, that would be fine except that i can't find my receipt i'm going to screwed again!”
