“I am sure the service would've been excellent, had my package arrived. However, i got back my padded envelope in the mail because there was "not enough postage" (i used three stamps from CO to CA). All that was left in the opened and re-taped envelope was the packing slip/receipt from BACtrack... So some douche from the postal service opened my pkg and stole the units and mailed me back the envelope or something like that. Use FedEx or UPS and use a box, don't be like this Rob Lowe.”
“I loved the product. I recommended to many family and friends and some purchased the product. Out of 8 units I new of, 3 failed within 6 months an mine failed after about 130 uses. The service to get it repaired was very good, but some what of a pain trying to send it from Canada.”
