after sending in my unit to California for calibration, not only did it get re-calibrated, a new unit was sent in place of mine. This is exemplary customer service and I will tell everyone I know about this quality product and service.

Got my unit re-calibrated and it's working great now. Previously it was acting strangely and giving incorrect results.

I had mine for less than a year so when it needed to be re-calibrated, it was a simple and easy process. I love the convenience of this device. Anyone working around or in the alcohol industry should have this.

My BACtrack S89 pro had stopped registering any reading so I sent it for calibration. As they could not fix it they replaced it free of charge. Didn't even tell me, just sent the new one which arrived about 2 weeks after sending the old unit away.

I sent our unit in for calibration and they were unable to complete it. I got a new unit and 50 mouth pieces!! Great customer service and excellent product.

My credit card was charged last month and the calibrated unit still has to be returned to me. No reply to my email to check status.
